本利用規約は、Shifolio（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、勤務予定、勤務実績、給与計算の目安を記録・確認するための補助ツールです。表示される金額や集計結果は目安であり、実際の給与額、税金、社会保険料、会社規定等を保証するものではありません。
3. 利用者の責任
- 利用者は、入力内容の正確性を自身の責任で管理するものとします。
- 給与、労務、税務上の判断が必要な場合は、勤務先または専門家へ確認してください。
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
4. 広告
本アプリの iOS 版では、Google AdMob により広告を表示することがあります。広告には第三者の広告主が提供する内容およびリンク先が含まれる場合があります。開発者は広告の内容、リンク先、商品・サービスまたは取引について保証せず、これらを推奨するものでもありません。広告に関するデータの取扱いは、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. Shifolio PRO とアプリ内課金
- iOS 版の Shifolio PRO は、App Store の非消耗型アプリ内課金による一回限りの買い切り商品です。サブスクリプションではなく、自動更新や定期請求はありません。
- 購入により利用できる機能は、購入画面に表示される広告非表示、収入分析・比較、CSV 書き出し、PDF 給与レポートなどの PRO 機能です。
- 価格、通貨および税の取扱いは購入時に App Store が表示する内容が優先され、支払いは Apple により処理されます。開発者がクレジットカード番号や Apple Account の認証情報を取得することはありません。
- 購入済みの非消耗型商品は、購入時と同じ Apple Account を使用して「購入を復元」から復元できます。オファーコードを利用した場合も、適用条件および引き換え処理は Apple の定めに従います。
- 返金の可否および手続は、Apple の規約、適用される消費者保護法および App Store の手続に従います。返金を希望する場合は Apple の「問題を報告」または Apple サポートをご利用ください。
- PRO の有効化には App Store 取引の確認が必要です。確認できない場合は、再試行または購入の復元をお願いすることがあります。購入処理の失敗または保留中に、未確認の料金を本アプリが独自に請求することはありません。
6. 禁止事項
- 本アプリを不正な目的で利用する行為
- 本アプリの運営や他の利用者に支障を与える行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
7. 仕様変更・停止
開発者は、必要に応じて本アプリの仕様変更、機能追加、機能削除、提供停止を行うことがあります。
8. 規約の変更
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じます。

5. Shifolio PRO 与应用内购买
- iOS 版 Shifolio PRO 是通过 App Store 提供的一次性非消耗型应用内购买。它不是订阅，不会自动续订，也不会产生周期性扣费。
- 购买后可使用购买页面所列的 PRO 功能，包括移除广告、收入分析与比较、CSV 导出和 PDF 工资报告等。
- 实际价格、币种及税费以购买时 App Store 显示的内容为准，付款由 Apple 处理。开发者不会获取您的银行卡号码或 Apple 账户登录凭据。
- 已购买的非消耗型商品可使用购买时的同一 Apple 账户，通过“恢复购买”重新取得。使用优惠代码时，其适用条件和兑换流程由 Apple 规定。
- 退款资格及流程适用 Apple 条款、当地消费者保护法律和 App Store 流程。如需申请退款，请使用 Apple 的“报告问题”页面或联系 Apple 支持。
- 启用 PRO 需要验证 App Store 交易。如果暂时无法验证，应用可能会提示重试或恢复购买。对于失败或仍在等待确认的交易，本应用不会自行收取未经确认的费用。
6. 禁止事项
- 以不正当目的使用本应用的行为。
- 妨碍本应用运营或影响其他用户的行为。
- 违反法律法规或公序良俗的行为。
7. 规格变更与停止
开发者可根据需要对本应用进行规格变更、功能追加、功能删除或停止提供。

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using Shifolio (“the App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
2. App Content
The App is a support tool for recording and checking work schedules, attendance records, and estimated salary calculations. Amounts and summaries shown in the App are estimates only and do not guarantee actual wages, taxes, social insurance fees, company rules, or related matters.
3. User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for managing the accuracy of the information they enter.
- If a decision about wages, labor matters, or taxes is required, please confirm with your workplace or a qualified professional.
- To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
4. Advertising
The iOS version of the App may display ads through Google AdMob. Ads may include content and destination links provided by third-party advertisers. The developer does not guarantee or endorse ad content, destination pages, products, services, or transactions. See the Privacy Policy for information about advertising-related data handling.
5. Shifolio PRO and In-App Purchases
- Shifolio PRO for iOS is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase offered through the App Store. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew or create recurring charges.
- A purchase unlocks the PRO features shown on the purchase screen, including ad removal, income analysis and comparisons, CSV export, and PDF salary reports.
- The price, currency, and applicable taxes displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase control. Apple processes the payment. The developer does not receive your payment card number or Apple Account credentials.
- You can restore the non-consumable purchase with the same Apple Account used to make the purchase by selecting “Restore purchase.” If an offer code is used, eligibility and redemption are governed by Apple.
- Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Apple’s terms, applicable consumer protection laws, and App Store procedures. To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem service or contact Apple Support.
- PRO activation requires verification of the App Store transaction. If verification is temporarily unavailable, you may be asked to retry or restore the purchase. The App does not independently charge an unverified amount for a failed or pending transaction.
6. Prohibited Acts
- Using the App for improper purposes.
- Interfering with operation of the App or disturbing other users.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
7. Changes and Suspension
The developer may change specifications, add features, remove features, or suspend provision of the App when necessary.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be changed as needed. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
