1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、勤務予定、勤務実績、勤務先、給与設定、通知設定、言語設定など、利用者がアプリ内で入力した情報を扱います。Shifolio PRO の購入時には、商品 ID、取引状態、購入元、確認日時および取引の検証に必要な情報を処理します。
2. 情報の保存場所
入力された勤務情報や設定情報は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。開発者がこれらの情報を外部サーバーへ送信して収集することはありません。

4. 通知について
本アプリは、利用者が通知機能を有効にした場合、端末のローカル通知機能を使用して出勤前通知を作成します。通知の内容は端末内で処理されます。
5. 生体認証について
本アプリで生体認証を利用する場合、認証処理は端末の認証機能を使用します。開発者が顔、指紋などの生体情報を取得または保存することはありません。
6. Shifolio PRO と App Store 決済
iOS 版の Shifolio PRO は Apple の App Store アプリ内課金を使用します。購入または復元の際、本アプリは商品 ID と購入要求を Apple に送信し、Apple から取引状態および取引検証に必要な情報を受け取ります。Apple は、Apple Account、支払情報、購入履歴、端末情報、不正防止に必要な情報などを Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱う場合があります。
開発者は、クレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報、Apple Account のパスワードを取得しません。本アプリは端末内に、PRO の商品 ID、権利状態、購入元および最終確認日時を保存します。完全なレシート、支払情報または Apple Account の識別情報を権利キャッシュとして保存することはありません。

7. 広告について
本アプリでは、広告配信のために Google AdMob を利用しています。Google AdMob は、広告配信、広告効果の測定、不正利用の防止などを目的として、IP アドレス、端末情報、広告の表示・操作情報などを取得する場合があります。
PRO が有効な間は、本アプリの通常の広告表示を停止します。ただし、PRO 有効化前に Google が処理した情報は、Google の保持方針に従って取り扱われます。
法令等に基づき利用者の同意が必要な地域では、同意状況に応じて広告を配信します。取得される情報およびその取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
8. 書き出しファイルと共有
利用者が CSV、PDF または JSON バックアップを書き出す場合、ファイルには勤務先、勤務時間、給与設定、給与見込額などの機密情報が含まれることがあります。ファイルは利用者の操作時に作成され、保存先または共有先は利用者が選択します。外部アプリ、クラウドストレージまたは第三者へ共有した後の取扱いには、その提供者の規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
9. 第三者による取扱い
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の入力情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。ただし、App Store 決済に必要な情報は Apple が、広告配信に必要な情報は Google および広告配信パートナーが、それぞれ上記の目的で取り扱う場合があります。
10. 保存期間と削除
端末内の勤務情報、設定および PRO 権利キャッシュは、利用者がアプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。書き出したファイルは保存先から利用者自身で削除してください。App Store の購入履歴および決済記録は Apple が管理するため、本アプリから削除することはできません。アプリを再インストールして購入を復元すると、PRO 権利が端末に再保存されます。
11. 同意と設定の変更
広告への同意が必要な地域では、アプリ内の「広告のプライバシー設定」から選択内容を確認または変更できます。通知は端末の設定から無効にできます。端末内データの削除または本ポリシーに関する依頼は、下記のお問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。
12. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、アプリの仕様変更や法令の変更に応じて更新されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載された時点から適用されます。

5. 关于生物识别
如果在本应用中使用生物识别，认证处理会通过设备的认证功能完成。开发者不会获取或保存面部、指纹等生物识别信息。
6. Shifolio PRO 与 App Store 付款
iOS 版 Shifolio PRO 使用 Apple 的 App Store 应用内购买。购买或恢复购买时，本应用会向 Apple 发送商品 ID 和购买请求，并从 Apple 接收交易状态及验证交易所需的信息。Apple 可能会依据其隐私政策处理 Apple 账户、付款信息、购买记录、设备信息和防欺诈所需的信息。
开发者不会获取您的银行卡号码、银行账户信息或 Apple 账户密码。本应用会在设备内保存 PRO 商品 ID、权益状态、购买来源和最后验证时间，不会把完整收据、付款信息或 Apple 账户标识作为权益缓存保存。

7. 关于广告
本应用使用 Google AdMob 投放广告。为了投放广告、衡量广告效果和防止欺诈等目的，Google AdMob 可能会收集 IP 地址、设备信息以及广告展示和操作信息等。
PRO 权益有效期间，本应用会停止显示常规广告。但在启用 PRO 前已由 Google 处理的信息，仍会依照 Google 的数据保留政策处理。

8. 导出文件与分享
用户导出 CSV、PDF 或 JSON 备份时，文件可能包含工作地点、工作时间、工资设置和预计工资等敏感信息。文件仅在用户操作时生成，保存或分享位置由用户选择。文件被分享至外部应用、云存储或第三方后，其处理方式适用相应服务提供者的条款和隐私政策。
9. 第三方处理
除法律法规要求外，开发者不会出售或向第三方提供用户输入的信息。但 App Store 付款所需的信息可能由 Apple 处理，广告投放所需的信息可能由 Google 及其广告合作伙伴根据上述目的处理。
10. 保存期限与删除
设备内的工作信息、设置及 PRO 权益缓存会保存至用户在应用内删除相关数据或卸载本应用为止。用户应自行从所选保存位置删除已导出的文件。App Store 购买记录和付款记录由 Apple 管理，无法通过本应用删除。重新安装应用并恢复购买后，PRO 权益会再次保存至设备。
11. 同意与设置变更
在需要广告同意的地区，用户可以通过应用内的“广告隐私设置”查看或更改选择。通知可以在设备设置中关闭。如需删除设备内数据或提出与本政策有关的请求，请通过下方联系方式联系我们。

本政策可能会根据应用规格变更或法律法规变更进行更新。更新后的内容自发布在本页面时起适用。
1. Information We Handle
The App handles information entered by users in the App, such as work schedules, attendance records, workplaces, salary settings, notification settings, and language settings. When you purchase Shifolio PRO, the App also processes the product ID, transaction status, purchase source, verification time, and information required to verify the transaction.
2. Where Information Is Stored
Work information and settings entered by users are generally stored on the user’s device. The developer does not send this information to external servers for collection.
3. Purposes of Use
- Displaying work schedules and attendance records.
- Calculating estimated salary amounts.
- Creating notifications before attendance.
- Keeping App settings.
- Processing and restoring Shifolio PRO purchases, verifying transactions, and retaining entitlement status.
- Creating CSV or PDF files at the user’s request.
- Delivering and measuring ads, preventing fraud, and improving advertising services.
4. Notifications
When users enable notifications, the App uses the device’s local notification function to create reminders before attendance. Notification content is processed on the device.
5. Biometric Authentication
If biometric authentication is used in the App, authentication is handled by the device’s authentication function. The developer does not obtain or store biometric information such as face or fingerprint data.
6. Shifolio PRO and App Store Payments
Shifolio PRO for iOS uses Apple’s App Store In-App Purchase system. When you purchase or restore PRO, the App sends the product ID and purchase request to Apple and receives the transaction status and information needed to verify the transaction. Apple may process Apple Account information, payment information, purchase history, device information, and information needed for fraud prevention under Apple’s privacy policy.
The developer does not receive your payment card number, bank account information, or Apple Account password. The App stores the PRO product ID, entitlement status, purchase source, and last verification time on your device. It does not keep the complete receipt, payment information, or Apple Account identifiers in its local entitlement cache.

7. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. For purposes such as serving ads, measuring advertising effectiveness, and preventing fraud, Google AdMob may collect information including IP addresses, device information, and ad display and interaction information.
While PRO is active, the App stops displaying its standard ads. Information already processed by Google before PRO was activated remains subject to Google’s retention practices.
In regions where user consent is required by applicable laws and regulations, the App serves advertisements according to the user's consent status. For details about the information collected and how it is handled, see the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Exported Files and Sharing
CSV, PDF, and JSON backup files may contain sensitive information such as workplaces, working hours, salary settings, and estimated pay. A file is created only when the user requests an export, and the user chooses where it is saved or shared. Once a file is shared with an external app, cloud storage provider, or another party, that provider’s terms and privacy policy govern its handling.
9. Third-Party Processing
Except where required by law, the developer does not sell or disclose information entered by users to third parties. However, Apple may process information required for App Store payments, and Google and its advertising partners may process information required for advertising, for the purposes described above.
10. Retention and Deletion
Work information, settings, and the PRO entitlement cache remain on the device until the user deletes the relevant data in the App or uninstalls the App. Users must delete exported files from their chosen destinations. App Store purchase and payment records are managed by Apple and cannot be deleted through the App. Restoring a purchase after reinstalling the App stores the PRO entitlement on the device again.
11. Consent and Settings
Where advertising consent is required, users can review or change their choice through “Ad Privacy Settings” in the App. Notifications can be disabled in device settings. To request help deleting on-device data or to make a privacy-related request, contact us using the details below.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated in response to App specification changes or changes in laws and regulations. Revised content applies from the time it is posted on this page.
